以上是P3需要掌握的模型，考前大家在review一下这些模型的elements都还记得吗？P3考试不是一定要用模型，但是学生自己答题的观点首先不能保证穷尽，再者也不能保证不同的点之间不存在重复，所以能用树上已有的模型尽量用，当然如果有在职的做咨询的同学也可以用实务中经常用的模型，考官看到新颖的观点会有加分哟~
P3有一些新的知识点需要大家重点关注一下：
Big data（考官文章）
大家可以结合教材一起复习，bigdata有3个特征，可以用3个V来表示：Volume，Variety，Velocity。文章中还介绍了Structured data和Unstructured data的区别，如何进行data mining，大数据如何应用以及将会面临哪些风险等，文章大家自己看一下。
performance indicator考官文章
这篇文章跟P3/P5考试均相关，主要讲了performance – objective –CSF – KPI 。P3考官现在越来越喜欢考财务相关的题目了，动辄在题目中出现timeseries, budget, decision tree 等数量的题目，大家要搞清楚这些知识点的原理以及计算方式，P3主要是在此基础上考核大家的财务分析能力，计算为辅，只是作为分析的基础，建议看一下完整的文章。
Job design考官文章
与part H people这部分内容相关：
1）Scientific Management（Taylor），
2）The Human Relations School (Elton Mayo)，
3）Theories of Motivation : Maslow’s hierarchy of needs、Herzberg’s hygiene factor theory、McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y，

最后，给大家总结一些应试技巧：
先读requirement,再读题目部分，读题目时对重点词语进行标注；
或先读题干第一部分，了解基本信息，如：公司的行业背景、对考生的身份设定等；再读requirement；然后是题干全部内容，并对重点词语进行标注。
